The mobile messaging service of Dolce Catene (the “Service”) is operated by Dolce Catene (“Dolce Catene”, “we”, or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms of Service”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of them.

By accepting the SMS/text messaging service of Dolce Catene, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dolce Catene through your mobile service provider to the number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent using an automated dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing campaigns (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition for making purchases at Dolce CateneYour participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for using the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile service provider. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messaging, including those imposed by your mobile provider.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the unique keyword STOP to DolceCatene Or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you're subscribed to other mobile messaging programs from Dolce Catene and you wish to cancel them, unless applicable law provides otherwise, you must unsubscribe from each program separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms of service.

We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time, and we will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any message, including requests STOP either HELPRequests sent to a short code or number that has been modified may not be received, and we will not be responsible for fulfilling requests sent to such numbers.

Network operators that support the Service are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new number, you will need to re-enroll in the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failures, delays, or errors in the delivery of any information submitted through the Service, for errors in such information, or for any actions you take or refrain from taking based on the information or the Service.
