If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a request through your customer account or contact our support team before the withdrawal period expires.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be cancelled through your customer account.
If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure must be followed after delivery.
- RETURNS
Products may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period provided that:
• The item is returned in its original condition.
• The item shows no excessive signs of use.
• All original accessories and packaging are included whenever possible.
- REFUNDS
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally issued within 14 days after confirmation of the return.
- EXCLUSIONS
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by applicable EU consumer laws, including:
• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
